Delivery Policy



If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or if you are over the 7-day free return period, we offer a free exchange on all items up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please email us at: shop@thedesertvipers.com with your Order Number and the reason for the exchange.

Once the exchange request is received and accepted, we will send you a prepaid/free shipping label to return the items.

Our courier partner, will be notified of the pick-up request, and they will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient time for pick-up.

Please ensure the items are ready to hand over to the courier (packaged with the label clearly attached).

Returns


We hope you enjoy your purchase; however, if you wish to return an item, we provide a free return service within 7 days of receiving your order.

To make a request for a refund, please email us at shop@thedesertvipers.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our third-party courier partner will be notified of the pick-up request, and they will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient time for pick-up.

Once the return request is received and accepted, our courier partner will arrive with a prepaid/free shipping label to return the items.

You can choose between getting your money refunded to the card used for payment or opting for store credit.

• Card Refunds: Funds will be returned to the original card used in the transaction. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear back in your account after the items have been received.

• Store Credit: Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Policy Guidelines


Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:

• Items are packed back in their original packaging with labels and tags on.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
PLEASE NOTE: Items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents on the garments will NOT qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect any of the above.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Towels and socks are non-refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
